Terms of Service

1. What Loukkos Fruit Market is

Loukkos Fruit Market (magriworld.online) is an online marketplace that lets businesses publish requests to buy agricultural produce and essential oils, and lets other businesses respond with offers. We provide the platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, shipment or payment between users, and we do not take title to or possession of any goods.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a real business engaged in the trade of the goods listed. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. One company profile per account.

3. Listings and conduct

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading or fraudulent requests, offers or company information;
• post goods you cannot lawfully sell, or that breach food-safety, phytosanitary, customs or export rules;
• use the platform to spam, scrape, or harvest other users' data;
• circumvent the platform to avoid fees once fees apply to your account;
• impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent a certification.

We may remove any listing, suspend or terminate any account, and withdraw a "verified" status at our discretion, in particular where we believe these terms have been breached.

4. Contact exchange & deals

When a buyer accepts an offer, the two businesses' contact details are shared with each other so they can negotiate directly. Any resulting agreement — price, quality, inspection, incoterms, payment, delivery, disputes — is solely between those two businesses. Loukkos Fruit Market gives no warranty as to any user, their goods, their solvency, or the outcome of any dealing.

5. Verification

A "verified" badge means we carried out a light check of basic business details. It is not a guarantee of quality, capacity, certification or good faith, and you must still do your own due diligence.

6. Fees

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans or transaction fees, we will give notice and you may choose not to continue on a paid basis.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loukkos Fruit Market is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, spoiled goods, rejected shipments, or losses arising from dealings between users. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, while the service is free, to €100).

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site. These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, and the courts of Larache have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local-law rights.
