1. Who we are

Loukkos Fruit Market (magriworld.online) operates this marketplace. For data-protection questions, contact hello@magriworld.online.

2. What we collect

• Account: your name, email, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Company profile: company name, city/address, description, website, logo, phone and contact email, role, and the products you supply.
• Marketplace activity: the requests you post, the offers you send or receive, and their status.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages), a session cookie needed to keep you signed in, and aggregate usage analytics via Google Analytics (see "Processors" below).

3. How we use it

• to run the marketplace — show your requests and company profile to other users, and route offers;
• to send transactional email (a new offer, an accepted/declined offer, a request that matches products you supply, and account emails such as password resets);
• to exchange contact details between two businesses after an offer is accepted;
• to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. What other users can see

Your company profile and any open request you post are public, including to visitors who are not signed in. Your account email and phone are not public; they are shared with a specific counterparty only after you accept (or your offer is accepted on) a request.

5. Processors

We use service providers to run the platform: our hosting and application platform (Vercel), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), Cloudflare for bot protection, and Google Analytics for aggregate, non-advertising usage statistics. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service. If you are in a region that requires prior consent for analytics cookies, we will add a consent prompt.

6. Retention

We keep account and marketplace data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data, keeping only what we must for legal, security or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Edit most of it directly in your company settings, or email hello@magriworld.online. You can unsubscribe from match-alert emails while keeping essential account emails.
